2. Maintenance Request Form: Should you encounter any maintenance issues during your tenancy, the maintenance request section in your Rent Redi App is the preferred method for reporting such matters. This allows us to promptly address and resolve any maintenance concerns you may have. Please provide detailed information about the issue along with pictures and videos. We will schedule the necessary repairs as soon as possible.

3. Pet Policy: Our pet policy outlines the guidelines and expectations regarding pets on the premises. Please review this policy if you are a pet owner or considering getting a pet. It provides information on allowed pet types, size restrictions, additional fees, and any necessary documentation or agreements.

4. Rent Payment Options: We offer convenient rent payment options to make the process easy and hassle-free for our tenants. Whether you prefer online payments, automatic withdrawals, or traditional methods, please refer to our Rent Payment Options on your Rent Redi app portal for detailed instructions on how to submit your rent payment.

5. Lease Renewal Procedures: If you are interested in renewing your lease agreement, our Lease Renewal Procedures document provides all the necessary information. It outlines the steps to follow, the timeline for renewal, and any additional requirements or considerations.
