By signing below, you confirm that you will vacate the property leased to you, remove all belongings and trash, and return all keys and passes to the management office before the lease expiration date. If vacating before the last monthly rent installment is paid, it must be settled before returning any keys. You confirm you understand that the lease expiration date stated in your Resident Lease Agreement is the only approved vacate date, and any other date provided below is for informational purposes only. Please note that management's receipt of this form does not imply approval of any alternative vacate date. You acknowledge that providing this notice does not release you from any obligations or liabilities stated in your current lease agreement.*
